Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a link to a form where you can upload your design, along with your order details and order number. Upon receiving your submission, we’ll begin crafting your laser light box. If we need to clarify any details, our team will reach out to ensure we create the best possible outcome for your design before production starts.

What materials are the LED light boxes made from?

Our LED light boxes are crafted from 3mm basswood, known for being lightweight yet durable. Each design is laser-cut to ensure precision and high brightness, with a Mylar sheet backing to diffuse the LED light evenly.

Can I customise the design on the front of the light box?

Absolutely! You can choose from our pre-made designs or submit your own logo. If your design is highly intricate, we may need to adapt it to a stencil format to maintain the structural integrity of the cut-out.

What power options are available for the light box?

The light box comes with a USB connection, allowing you to power it through a USB-compatible battery pack, a wall plug with a USB adapter, or directly from a computer or power bank. The back of the box includes a pocket for a battery pack, making it easy to store and transport. (batteries not included!)

Does the LED light box come with a remote control?

Yes, each light box includes a remote control that allows you to turn the lights on and off, change colours, and select different lighting effects, such as fading, flashing, or steady illumination.

What colours and lighting effects are available?

Our LED light boxes can display various pre-set colours and effects, including solid colours, fades, and flashes. The remote control makes it easy to switch between options to suit your needs.

Can the light box be wall-mounted?

Yes, the back of the light box has hanging points, allowing you to mount it on the wall. It can also be placed on any flat surface for flexible display options.

Yes, you can choose between a natural basswood finish for a warm, organic look or a spray-painted black finish that makes your design pop even more.

How long does it take to receive my custom light box?

As each light box is made to order, typical processing and delivery times may vary. We aim to ship within 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and customisation details. Please contact us for specific timeframes or expedited options.

Can I use the light box outdoors?

Our LED light boxes are designed for indoor use. While they may be used outdoors temporarily, prolonged exposure to the elements could damage the materials and LEDs.

Why are they called “laser light boxes”? Are lasers used inside them?

No, the name “laser light boxes” refers to the process used to create them, not the type of lighting they contain. We use a laser cutter to precisely cut out the detailed designs on the front panel of each box, allowing for intricate and custom logos to be showcased. The actual light within the box is generated using safe, energy-efficient LEDs, not lasers. This ensures that the light box is perfectly safe for use in any space, providing a beautiful glow without any laser technology inside.

My remote isn't working?

Try removing the plastic tab used for transit and ensure the pointer can see the usb connector at the back of the unit (where the IR sensor is). This can be blocked if you wall mount the unit.
