Laser Light boxes began as a way to teach my son, Tom, about entrepreneurialism, business, and the exciting world of e-commerce. We wanted to create practical, tangible products using our laser cutter and CAD software, diving into the art of production techniques, and learning how to navigate the world of online sales.

 

The initial goal was straightforward: to create an engaging project that would help Tom learn valuable skills while earning some pocket money. From design to production, we worked side by side, learning, experimenting, and figuring out how to turn ideas into reality. If you happen to notice that some of our products are a little rough around the edges, we hope you’ll forgive us—this is, at heart, a learning project.

 

What started as a small endeavour has quickly gained momentum thanks to the wonderful feedback and support from friends, family, and early customers. People who saw our laser light boxes loved the concept and began asking for custom orders. Their enthusiasm motivated us to take the next big step: building a full-blown website and sharing our creations with the world.

 

Every Laser Lightbox we create is crafted with care, learning, and a touch of adventure. Our mission is not only to offer unique, custom LED light boxes that light up any space but also to share our story and journey with those who appreciate creativity, family projects, and the joy of learning.

Laser Light Box is a side project born from my main business, AI Accelerator. AI Accelerator is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses understand and adopt AI for real-world applications. You might notice some branding references to AI Accelerator within this shop—that’s because this venture started as an experiment under the same umbrella. We’re not yet investing in multiple Shopify accounts, so we appreciate your understanding!

 

This project with my son is a hands-on way to show how AI tools can help anyone launch and run an e-commerce business.
